directors of the international window cleaning association for the past 10 years. phil ricci general manager phil ricci was the first and only employee when bob zeolla’s original company, sunset building services, was formed in 1998. after 15 years in the computer service industry, phil joined forces with bob to manage the specialty services outside of window cleaning. phil then took over the
